Client Money Protection Certificate
Propertymark's certificate confirming that Oxford Student Homes Ltd is a member of its Client Money Protection scheme, with the membership number and the date it runs to.
Client Money Protection Schemes for Property Agents (Requirement to Belong to a Scheme etc.) Regulations 2019 reg 4(1)(c) requires a copy of the certificate to be published on the agent's website. (Reg 5 is the local-authority enforcement duty; reg 7 the penalty.)
Redress Scheme Certificate
The Property Ombudsman's certificate confirming that Oxford Student Homes Ltd is registered with its Approved Redress Scheme, with the membership number and the date it runs to.
Consumer Rights Act 2015 s.83(7) requires a letting agent to display and publish, with its list of fees, a statement that it is a member of a redress scheme and the name of that scheme; membership itself is required by art 3 of the Redress Schemes for Lettings Agency Work and Property Management Work (Requirement to Belong to a Scheme etc) (England) Order 2014 (SI 2014/2359). TPO's own Code (TPOE22-9 §1l) requires the scheme displayed on the website.
Data Protection Registration Certificate
The Information Commissioner's Office certificate confirming that Oxford Student Homes is registered as a data controller, with the reference and the dates it runs between.
